Dispatching Orders
All orders placed before 11am e.s.t, on any business day*, will be dispatched the same day.
Orders requiring a prescription, will need a valid prescription, from an Authorised Australian Prescriber, validated by the dispensing pharmacy, before being processed.
Orders received after 11am will be picked, packed and dispatched the following business day.
For any orders placed on a public holiday*, then your order will be processed the following business day.
Delivering Orders
We will ship your products via an express service, provided by multiple vendors within our system. Our target is to have the best available express delivery for that day, for the order you have placed.
Please be mindful, that conditions outside of Best & Well’s control, such as Covid-19, transport disruptions, or other 3rd party related delays, may hamper our ability to have your product delivered in an express fashion. Delays in delivery linked to 3rd party vendor issues, will not constitute a reason to cancel your order.
Tracking details will be provided for your delivery, to ensure that you can track your parcel.
All orders will require signature of delivery on show that the products have been delivered. You can choose to change the status to no signature required, with the service provider, but you will forfeit the ability to state the product was not delivered and ask for a replacement delivery.
