Returns Policy

The policy applies for online orders through the Best + Well website only. Our Website returns policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Any returned products must be within its original packaging, as supplied by Best + Well to you, otherwise a Refund or Credit can not be processed. You are responsible to return the product at your cost, and a full processed refund will be paid to you, including shipping costs, if the product is deemed defective.
We reserve the right to return the product to the manufacturer for further evaluation. The outcome of this evaluation will be provided, and no refund or replacement will be provided if the item was damaged due to misuse or neglect.

Damaged & Incorrect Products

We will contact you and ask for a photo to be taken, prior to you sending the product back to us. We do this to ensure we can get a replacement product out to you, as quickly as possible.
Our aim is to ensure you have safe products to use and we can report and have corrected any faults or problems with the products being sold.
