What is the process for getting smoking cessation advice?

Step 4. Place your order against the nicotine prescription issued.
Step 5. Check out
Step 6. The pharmacist will review your order against the issued prescription. If they have any questions, they will contact you. If they are fine with the order, your products will be dispensed and express shipped to your location.
Step 7. The number of repeats available on your script, will be left in your profile.
Please note, it is a requirement under law, that the prescription is allocated against the strength prescribed. Even if an Authorised Prescriber puts a strength range on your prescription, once it is allocated to a strength by the pharmacist, it cannot be altered. Ordering Prescription Products on Best + Well
Why do I need a prescription by buy nicotine vaping products?
Prescriptions, provided by an Australian registered Authorised Prescriber, are required by law, for any nicotine containing vaping product, sold in a Pharmacy in Australia.
Will you notify me when my prescription runs out?
Best + Well will notify you by email, when you have used your allocation of repeats against your prescription.
Why can’t I use my prescription on the Best + Well website?
The pharmacist is required to validate that the prescription provided, has been written by an Australian Authorised Prescriber, as well as hold a copy of the Authority and matches the order you have placed. To ensure that you receive a seamless transition, we only accept Quithero scripts.
Why can’t I buy any nicotine vaping product on Best + Well?
It is a requirement of law, that prescriptions, once allocated to a strength, based on your first purchase, are locked to that strength. This happens, as it does for all prescription medicines, in the dispensing (Pharmacy) software.
You can buy products at that strength, up to the amount prescribed by the doctor. If you require a different vaping product, we will direct you back to the doctor for their advice. If they deem another script can be issued, we will dispense against that issued script.
Can I buy non-prescription products with my prescription order?
Any adult, 18 years or older, can purchase any non-prescription item, at any time on the website.
Why can’t I see the nicotine products on Best + Well website?
Nicotine vaping products in Australia are a Schedule 4 drug, and therefore can only be viewed or ordered with a valid prescription, from an Australian authorised prescribing doctor.
If you are looking for a cessation product, please book an appointment with our doctors, and they can let you know whether vaping is right for you.
How do repeats work on my prescription?
We have a video, that explains the repeats process, as we understand it can be a little complicated at first.
Closed Pods: 90 pod packs
Disposables: 42 disposables
10ml Liquids: 12 bottles
30ml Liquid: 12 bottles
60ml Liquids: 12 bottles
When you place your first order, the pharmacist will divide the quantity you order, by the total products allocated on your prescription, which defines the repeats available.
As an example, you order 5 pod packs, against 90 pod packs allocated, that will define your repeats as 90 divided by 5, for a total repeats of 18 repeats of 5 packs.
If you order a number that is not divisible by the total, the pharmacist is required to round down to the next divisible number.
On follow up orders, if the order quantity equals the repeat, then you will use a single repeat each time.
If you order a different quantity, the repeat total allocated remains the same (it legally can’t be changed), so the pharmacist will allocate less products on the repeat or be required to use more than one repeat.
Products not used on a repeat, cannot be carried over, a repeat is closed once used.
You can always head to your account section, where your repeats are listed.
